Terms of Use

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and a resident of an eligible location to use Shake. Access to certain features may be restricted based on your location and is subject to verification.

• You must register a single account and provide accurate information.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
• Availability and eligibility may vary by location.

SHK is the only currency on Shake. You may purchase SHK at a one-to-one rate with USD (for example, $25 = 25 SHK). SHK funds your buy-ins across 1v1 bets, group bets, and brackets.

• When you place or accept a bet, your buy-in is held in escrow until the result settles.
• When an event settles, Auto-Payout distributes the pot to the winner in SHK.
• Pushed or voided events return held buy-ins to participants.

1v1 bets are private and may only be sent to a specific friend — there are no public or open bets. Group bets and brackets are hosted competitions you and your crew can join with an SHK buy-in. Outcomes are determined by official results, never by manual entry.

You agree to use Shake fairly and not to manipulate outcomes, exploit bugs, use automated systems, or engage in collusion. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Results are settled automatically using official outcome sources surfaced through our sports data provider. You never enter a score. When an event goes final, Shake releases escrowed SHK to the winner via Auto-Payout.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Shake after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
