Where you can use Shake depends on your location. Because Shake involves SHK buy-ins and payouts, access may be location-restricted and subject to verification. The legal model is not finalized.

Access to paid features may be available only in eligible locations and is void where prohibited. Availability is determined by your location at the time of play and may be subject to identity and location verification. Final availability and legal structure must be reviewed by qualified counsel before launch.1Browsing vs. participating
The Shake homepage and game listings are publicly browsable without an account. Participating actions — purchasing SHK, creating or accepting bets, joining group bets, and submitting brackets — require a signed-in account and may be restricted by location.
2SHK & eligibility
SHK is the single platform currency, purchasable at 1:1 with USD. Purchasing SHK and entering paid contests may require that you meet the minimum age and reside in an eligible location.
- Purchasing SHK and entering bets may be subject to identity and location verification.
- Local age and eligibility requirements apply to all paid features.
- Where a feature is unavailable in your location, paid participation will not be offered.

4Changes to availability
Availability may change over time as rules, supported regions, and verification requirements are updated. Features available today may be modified, limited, or removed in your location, and new regions may be added. Where required, access may be paused until verification is completed.
